RULES ── .✦

must be following all 3 goms in order to join — we must be able to contact you!
be ready to pay when prompted ~ deadlines are set with the understanding we must place the order before a store closes preorders, if we do not receive a payment from you by the set deadline, fees will be added onto your total — $0.50/day
in the case there are more unclaimed spots than we are willing to cover (usually 3+), the cost will be split evenly amongst joiners (including us!) and raffled off to the joiners as long as the extra cost doesn't exceed $3 — if there are too many unclaimed spots, the set will be cancelled
if we receive no communication from you for 5 days we will put your item(s) up for reclaim with NO REFUND
extensions will be allotted in circumstances we approve of — in most cases, this is granted with communication beforehand!
failure to comply with our rules can result in being unable to join our group orders in the future
no backouts unless you have a replacement!
we are not responsible for any lost, or damaged mail

FANCALL INFO:

must be 18+ to enter, and have a valid passport/ID in the case the call is won! we will specify which one is required each time since some stores are being more strict about passports only.
you must be comfortable sharing personal information with us for the fancall entry (full name, birthday, phone number, and email)
one claim = one entry — max amount of entries = 8
entry in the raffle is optional; you can opt out if you’d like!
winning the raffle doesn’t guarantee you will win the call. however, if you do win the call, we are only allowing one win per era! </aside>

DETAILS TO NOTE:

throughout an era, we will host for multiple stores and get them sent to our shared kaddy. once enough accumulate, this will be forwarded to one of the goms as a specific numbered ****batch
one gom will be responsible for their assigned batch ~ this entails sorting, uploading claim photos to the notion, packing, address checking, and sending out
group orders we host are sent to our soft claims chat first, then we put up an official post with any remaining spots, we may open more sets if there is interest! </aside>

HOW WE OPERATE ── .✦

as a gom trio that live in different areas, we split the work evenly between us:

GOM 1: Responsible for figuring out pricing, and creating a graphic to upload.

GOM 2: Responsible for creating a caption, maintaining the claims in the caption/notion page, and posting.

GOM 3: Responsible for creating the groupchat, receiving payments from joiners, and making the payment to the store.

this process happens behind the scenes, as a joiner it won’t appear as chaotic as it sounds! there is typically one gom that is the voice of each group order

IMPORTANCE OF THREE GOMS:

when working with as many stores/sets we do, we cycle through who receives the batch to keep the stress low! this not only helps us, but also ensures you as a joiner, receive your items quickly :)
with the three of us, we are able to reach more people! this in turn means a greater possibility of receiving even sets, and simply meeting new joiners :)
